Porcelain is my preferred clay due to its luminosity. I love mixing and playing with the palette of colours I see in marine landscapes. My work is a mixture of artistic and can be functional. The bone china pieces create a perfect white canvas for a delicate raised pattern to emerge. The corals and sea bed sculptures are made in response to our ever-changing seas, and the environmental crisis facing our planet.
